Mary Haddock, 93, of Hopkinsville, died at 11:15 p.m. Thursday, January 1, 2026, at her residence.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2026, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Christian County, she was born January 15, 1932, the daughter of the late Burnis and Zepha Woosley. She was a founding member of Living Hope Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for twenty-nine years. She was also a faithful volunteer at Impact Ministries until her health started to decline.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard F. Haddock; her daughter, Regina Denise Haddock; and three brothers, John Vinson, Jimmy Vinson, and Billy Shanklin.
Survivors include her son, Gary W. (Joanne) Haddock of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Rebecca (Jason) Boggess and Jonathan (Lesley) Haddock; four great-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.
In place of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pennyroyal Hospice, 220 Burley Avenue, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
