A traffic stop on Sterling Drive in Hopkinsville led to drug charges for a Hopkinsville man Friday night.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 58-year-old Marvin Lamar of Hopkinsville for an expired registration and found his passenger, 35-year-old Joshua Mosley, had a warrant for failure to appear.

After a search of the vehicle, a plastic bag containing suspected meth was reportedly found under Mosley’s seat.

Mosley was then charged with trafficking meth.
