Funeral services for 56-year-old Chris Radford of Cadiz will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 12:00 noon at King’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00-12:00 on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at King’s Funeral Home. Burial will be on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY with military honors.
Survivors include his parents George and Agnes Radford, of Cadiz; son Adarius (Trinity) Riley, of Madisonville; sister Yvonne “Mickey” (Darrell) Jones, of Madison, Alabama; brother Victor Radford, of Cadiz as well as grandchildren Pierre, Casteel, Adonis, and Kairos; godfather Jonathan White (Diana), Hopkinsville; and devoted cousins Lamar Radford, Frankfort, KY; and Mark Wilson, Indianapolis, IN.
Chris Radford was born in Princeton, KY, on April 1, 1969, to George and Agnes Radford. He was preceded in death by his sister, Melanie Inez Radford, grandparents, Robert and Jennie Bell Radford, and Eugene and Myrtle Wilson.
He passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at his home in Frankfort, KY.
Chris was a member of the Cave Spring Missionary Baptist Church. He was a graduate of the Trigg County High School Class of 1988, where he played football, throwing for over 1,000 yards in his senior season, and basketball, where he held the school record for most 3-pointers made in a game (8). Chris was also a US Army Veteran who served in Desert Storm.
Chris had been employed at White Hydraulics in Hopkinsville, KY. He spent his free time fishing, taking trips, and watching football and basketball.
