A Cadiz man was charged with burglary for the second time this year after a report of an unwanted person at a home on Main Street in Cadiz on Valentine’s Day.
Cadiz Police say 73-year-old Gary Poston walked into a home without knocking and proceeded to ask the owner if she lived alone and how many children she had.
When law enforcement arrived, Poston and the owner were reportedly outside the home on the porch. He was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
Police say this is his second burglary charge in Trigg County this year.
