A Hopkinsville man was arrested on two warrants on Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 40-year-old Fernando Guzman was arrested on a warrant for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting over $1,000 but under $10,000, and failure to appear.
No information has been released on what led to the charges.
