A home on Phelps Avenue in Hopkinsville was damaged in a fire early Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Lieutenant Nathan Stewart says they were called to the 1700 block of Phelps Avenue for smoke in the home and found fire and smoke coming from the second story.
The fire was quickly extinguished, and everyone was able to exit the home uninjured.
