A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard sent three people to the hospital on Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say at 3:25 pm, a car was southbound when it ran off the road crossed over the northbound lanes, and hit the bridge for Interstate 169.
The driver and two passengers were taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
