A private celebration of life for 73-year-old Edward Dale Hall of Herndon will be held at a later date. King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include daughters Jennifer Comp (Richard), Spring, TX; and Autumn Hughes, Ingram, TX; sister Mickey Craig, Herndon, KY; brother Bryan Smith, Hopkinsville, KY; seven grandchildren, Marcus, Richard Jr, Gehrig, Gabriel, Phoebe, Kira, and Riley, and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was born on June 21, 1952, in Mt. Vernon, IL, to Dale Bradley Hall and Judy Drew Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Cavin “C.B.” Hall; one sister, Crystal Hall, and a niece, Dakota Sue Eagleelk.
He died on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at his home.
Edward was of the Baptist Faith. He was a US Army Veteran, a retired construction worker and painter from TJC Engineering, and was an avid prospector.
