Two people showed up at the hospital after a shooting on East 13th Street at the intersection of Broad Street on Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called just before 1 am for a report of several shots fired and found shell casings in the road and a car that had been hit as well.
Shortly after arriving, law enforcement was alerted that two adults had shown up at the hospital with gunshot wounds.
Police say one of the adults suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and the second was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville but is in stable condition.
