A traffic stop on a bicyclist led to drug charges for a Hopkinsville man on Saturday afternoon.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped 43-year-old Lorenzo Tellesmolina after noticing him riding on the wrong side of the road and failing to stop at a stop sign on East 13th Street.

He was reportedly found to have suspected meth and drug paraphernalia.

He was arrested and charged with possession of meth, disregarding a stop sign, and failure to comply with bicycle safety.
