
An investigation into stolen items from Walmart in Hopkinsville and Oak Grove led to the search of a home in Hopkinsville Wednesday morning.
Oak Grove Police say the investigation into several stolen items from Walmart in Hopkinsville and Oak Grove led to the search of a home on Kenwood Drive in Hopkinsville.
Police say 50-year-old Christopher Sivels and 38-year-old Gerald Thomas were exploiting a vulnerability in the Walmart App getting over $39,000 in items without payment and were found with some of the items and had resold other items.
They were both arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and engaging in organized crime.
