Beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, Grandson, and Nephew, Samuel “Sam” Chapman Arvin, age 16, of Pembroke, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Maddux Fuqua Hinton Funeral Home with Pastors Brandon Boone, Jesse Brown, and Jonathan Arvin officiating and burial to follow in Rosedale Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Sam was born on April 29, 2009, in Hopkinsville, KY, the son of Mark and Allison Wells Arvin. He was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church and attended Salem Baptist Church. He was a student and was enrolled in the 11th grade through the Christian County Public School System.
In addition to his parents, Mark and Allison Wells Arvin of Pembroke, KY, survivors include his sister, Brooke Allison Arvin (Samuel) Chester of Pembroke, KY; his brother, John Michael Arvin of Pembroke, KY; his nephew, Lawton Chester; his maternal grandmother, Jane Harrell of Hopkinsville, KY; his paternal grandparents, Paul and Janice Arvin of Pembroke, KY; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
