A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard at the intersection of Segler Drive in Oak Grove sent a motorcyclist to a Nashville hospital Friday night.
Oak Grove Police say they attempted to stop a motorcycle driven by 28-year-old Daniel Waller of Clarksville, who was driving recklessly, but he fled, and they terminated the traffic stop.
He was reportedly seen again later on Fort Campbell Boulevard southbound and sped up after seeing law enforcement, disregarded a red traffic light, and then collided with a truck that was turning onto Fort Campbell Boulevard.
Waller was taken by Fort Campbell EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew him to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, where he is in critical but stable condition.
