A Private Celebration of Life for 56 year old Kathy Lynnette Fakouri of Cadiz will be held at a later date. King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Kathy was born on October 1, 1969 in Pensacola, FL to Harold Sawyer of Ozark MO and the late Linda Faye Hinote Sawyer Bjorensen. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by two sisters, Leah Manning and Donna Manning.
She died on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Trigg County Hospital.
Kathy had worked in sales and management at Twice Daily and the Dollar General Store. She loved baking, playing bingo, going to the beach and her fury cats.
