Emmy was born on June 4, 1986, in Nuremberg, Germany, to Tracy Forgette, Sr. and Lavonia Shrum Masterson. She was a mother, homemaker, and member of The River church in Nortonville, KY.
Emmy is survived by her mother and step-father ~ Lavonia Shrum and David Masterson of Spencer, IN; her father and step-mother ~ Tracy and Donna Forgette, Sr. of Hopkinsville, KY; her husband ~ Joseph Douglas Stewart, Sr. of Hopkinsville, KY; three daughters ~ Chelsey Nicole Clark, Chasity Leeonna Clark and Channel Hillock all of Hopkinsville, KY and her brother ~ Tracy (Jera) Forgette, Jr. of Oklahoma; step-brothers ~ Chris Ladd and Brad and Jennifer Steger; grandmother ~ Dema Stallins; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
