Fire crews from the US Forest Service are battling a wildfire in Land Between The Lakes.
Forest Service officials say the Cassidy fire has grown to 150 acres and was 20 percent contained as of midday. Forest Service crews say the fire started along road 337 in the area or road 141 in Kentucky.
The wildfire is impacing the North/South Trail. Forest Service officials are asking visitors to avoid the area and be cautious of fire crews and equipment.
