Fire crews from the US Forest Service are battling two wildfires in Land Between The Lakes.
Forest Service officials say the Cassidy fire has grown to 150 acres and was 20 percent contained as of midday. Forest Service crews are also battling a second 30-acre wildfire along road 337 in the area or road 141 in Kentucky.
The second wildfire is impacing the North/South Trail. Forest Service officials are asking visitors to avoid the area and be cautious of fire crews and equipment.
