A woman was flown to a Nashville hospital after falling from a ladder on Crenshaw Boulevard in Hopkinsville on Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says the 71-year-old woman fell around 10 feet and was taken by ambulance to a waiting helicopter at Fire Station 5 that is transporting her to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
The incident happened at the Walmart Distribution Center.
