A traffic stop on Fort Campbell Boulevard led to several charges for a Hopkinsville man on Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Erick Orozco for reckless driving and speeding after he was also seen failing to stop when leaving the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot.
He reportedly showed signs of being under the influence and claimed he could not speak English.
Police say he didn’t have a driver’s license or insurance, and the registration sticker had been altered.
He was arrested and charged with display of an illegal/altered registration plate, no insurance, no operator’s license, no registration plate, DUI third offense, speeding, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and operating a motor vehicle without a required ignition interlock device.
