A Cadiz woman was charged with wanton endangerment after a disturbance on Lone Oak Drive in Cadiz on Wednesday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say 43-year-old Jessica Cathey pointed a gun at a juvenile and claimed it was to gain control of the three juveniles who were not obeying her instructions.
The .22 caliber pistol was reportedly found locked in a gun safe with no ammunition in the case or gun.
She was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment. Trigg County Child Protective Services was notified to help in the investigation.
