A wreck on Interstate 169 in Christian County sent one person to the hospital on Friday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say that at 12:50 p.m., a northbound truck driven by Tyler Schurmei of Evansville, Indiana, crossed the median and collided with a guardrail at the 20-mile marker.
Schurmei was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment of a head injury.
Deputies say they did receive a call of a reckless driver matching Schurmei’s vehicle before the collision.
