
A traffic stop on Walnut Street at Central Avenue led to a stolen vehicle being recovered and two people being charged on Tuesday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Nashville and arrested the driver, 38-year-old Robert Sillaway of Gallatin, Tennessee, and the passenger, 37-year-old Julia Drewry of Lebanon, Tennessee.
Suspected meth, Gabapentin, and a crack pipe were reportedly found in their possession.
Sillaway was arrested and charged with possession of meth and receiving stolen property. Drewry was also arrested and charged with illegal possession of a legend drug and receiving stolen property.
