A Hopkinsville woman was charged with assault at a medical facility on Walton Way in Hopkinsville Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for an assault report at Cumberland Hall and found one person suffered puncture wounds on her shoulder from a bite and a man had a large knot on the back of his head after being hit with a phone.
The investigation led to the arrest of 20-year-old Breanna Taylor Bogard, who is charged with two counts of third-degree assault of a healthcare provider.
