The United Way of the Pennyrile is preparing to launch its 2025-2026 fundraising campaign with a community breakfast this Thursday.
Doors will open at 7 a.m., and the program begins at 7:30 at the AW Watts Senior Citizens Center in Hopkinsville. Everyone in the community is invited to attend.
This year’s campaign is being led by Co-Chairs Abigail Landrum and Bri Smith, along with the Campaign Cabinet. The breakfast is made possible through sponsorship from Hopkinsville Electric System, Bank of Cadiz, and Rogers Group.
The annual campaign plays a vital role in supporting more than 30 programs operated by 16 local Partner Impact Agencies across Christian, Todd, and Trigg counties. These agencies provide essential services that help children, families, and individuals meet critical needs, overcome hardships, and build stronger futures.
The theme of this year’s campaign is “Give Unlimited Possibilities,” a message inspired by Barbie’s classic motto, “Anything is possible.” Organizers say the theme reflects United Way’s belief in creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive—because when people unite and give, anything truly is possible.
Executive Director Melanie Noffsinger says Santuary will put on a special fashion show that will go right along with the theme.
