A Minnesota man was killed on Interstate 24 in Christian County on Monday morning.
Kentucky State Police say just before 4 am, 29-year-old Kenneth Blackley was struck by a tractor-trailer driven by 36-year-old Stephen Adams of Pleasant View, Tennessee, at the 74-mile marker westbound.
Authorities say Blackley had a car on the side of the road, and he was hit in the middle of the road.
The crash is being investigated by Kentucky State Police, and the westbound lanes were blocked as the crash was being investigated.
