A Lewisburg man was charged with theft after an investigation into several stolen cartons of cigarettes on East 9th Street Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say security footage shows 30-year-old Tyler Vaughn taking a box containing several cartons of cigarettes from a delivery vehicle at Yall’s and fleeing the area.
He was later located, reportedly wearing the same clothing on West 7th Street, and had eight cartons of cigarettes with him. He is charged with Theft by unlawful taking.
