A wreck on Mount Zoar Latham Road in Christian County sent a Hopkinsville woman to the hospital Thursday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say at 5:58 pm, an SUV driven by 32-year-old Shakira White was northbound when she swerved to miss a deer and ran into the ditch.
She was able to get the vehicle out of the ditch and drive home, then called for an ambulance due to injuries from the crash.
