A Clarksville man and woman were charged with drug possession during a traffic stop on Pembroke Oak Grove Road Sunday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Denelle Brooks for a turn signal violation, and during the stop, she was found not to have a license or insurance.
Law enforcement K9 Luca reportedly alerted on the vehicle for the presence of narcotics and after a search, a bag containing a white powder substance, suspected cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were found.
Brooks and her passenger, 38-year-old Tyrell Sebree, were both arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana.
Brooks was also charged with no insurance, failure to or improper signal, and no operator’s license.
