
An Oak Grove man was charged Friday afternoon after an investigation into over $8,000 worth of money taken from an account.
Oak Grove Police say 26-year-old Justin Malcolm fraudulently used an account belonging to someone else, taking $8,447 involving a mail-order re-shipping scheme.
He reportedly used the money to pay debts and had Items shipped to his home that he signed for.
He is charged with theft by deception, theft of mail matter, and second-degree unlawful access to a computer.
