A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they are investigating a crash that happened at 7:51 pm, but have not determined which direction each vehicle was traveling.
Police say the car collided with the side of a truck at the entrance to Chick-fil-A.
The driver of the car was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.
