A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant charging him with fleeing or evading law enforcement on Monday morning.
Oak Grove Police say on September 21st, they attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Joshua Ladson for going 20 mph over the speed limit near Pembroke Oak Grove Road, and he fled, passing vehicles at around 100 mph before law enforcement terminated the pursuit.
Hopkinsville City Cameras reportedly showed the vehicle in the area of Morris Estates on Sivley Road and located it and the owner, who stated her ex-boyfriend had been driving the SUV and had just dropped it off before law enforcement arrived.
Hopkinsville Police say they located Ladson and arrested him on the Oak Grove warrant for first-degree fleeing or evading police, speeding, and reckless driving.
