Terry Jay Bradigan, age 80, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at his home.
Born on August 5, 1945, in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Frederick M. Bradigan and Helen E. Sparks Bradigan.
Terry served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, using his skills as an aircraft mechanic, a role that would inform his lifelong passion for aviation. After completing his military service, he had a successful career in the financial sector, working as a banker and a financial consultant with Barents Consulting and KPMG Consulting. His expertise took him around the globe, where he served as a global financial consultant in many countries.
After retiring and moving to Lake Barkley, Terry and his wife, Ninik, owned and operated Skipper’s Boatique. Terry was a Master Captain, delighting in entertaining his family and friends aboard his houseboat, and he enjoyed fishing the serene waters around him. He was also a skilled woodworker and an accomplished pilot who cherished the freedom of the skies, flying his own aircraft with the same passion he brought to all his pursuits.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Fred Bradigan, and his beloved grandson, Wyatt Bradigan Eddy.
Terry is survived by his wife of 28 years, Ninik W. Bradigan of Cadiz; his children, Wendy Eddy and husband David of Torrance, CA and Michael Bradigan and wife Shauna of Bealeton, VA; his grandson, Wade Eddy; his brother, Tim Bradigan and wife Linda of Marietta, GA, his sister, Sue Cook and husband Wayne of Clarksville, TN, and sister-in-law, Sally Bradigan of Madison, GA.
Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
Memorial service will follow at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Jerimiah Kline officiating.
Committal service with military honors will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, 5817 Fort Campbell Blvd in Hopkinsville, at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 30, 2026.
