Authorities are investigating a crash on Interstate 24 in Christian County on Saturday afternoon.

Kentucky State Police say three vehicles collided at the Fort Campbell Boulevard exit, causing one vehicle to overturn.

Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says four people were taken by ambulance to Vanderbilt Health in Clarksville, one who had to be revived twice and given CPR, and a fifth person was flown to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville.

Police say the injuries are serious, but at this time, no one has died as a result of the crash.

Rogers says they were able to stabilize the woman, who was given CPR, and transported her to Vanderbilt Health in Clarksville after reviving her twice. Rogers added that she is now being flown to a Nashville hospital for treatment.

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 24 will be blocked as the crash is being investigated.
