A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting another man while armed with a brick during a fight at Westside Park in Hopkinsville on Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say just after 8 pm, 61-year-old Timothy Slade, while armed with a brick, assaulted another man by hitting him in the head.
Slade was arrested and charged with first-degree assault. Police say the victim suffered contusions and cuts to his head.
