Charged with theft by unlawful taking of the Trigg County Arrowcats, Melissa Rogers pleaded guilty Wednesday morning in Trigg County Circuit Court.

The National Weather Service says multiple severe storm threats are possible during the afternoon and early evening hours across Western Kentucky, with flooding also a possibility.
