Downtown Hopkinsville was filled with patriotic pride as the community came together for the annual Veterans Day Parade. Residents lined the streets, waving flags and cheering to honor the brave men and women who have served in our nation’s armed forces. The event featured marching bands, veterans’ organizations, local groups, and first responders — all joining in a heartfelt tribute to those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom.
Sponsored by the Military Affairs Committee, VFW Post 1913, and Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation, the parade served as a reminder of the community’s deep respect and gratitude for its Veterans. From the youngest spectators to the proudest veterans in attendance, the day was a moving celebration of service, sacrifice, and unity.
