Sanctuary Inc. Collecting Donations to Help Young Survivors During October

October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to shine a light on an issue that affects families and communities across the country.

Sanctuary Inc is teaming up with the Christian County Public Library for a creative way to get people involved. The campaign, called Captain Underpants, isn’t just about the popular children’s book series — it’s about collecting a critical need for children staying at Sanctuary.

Heather Lancaster, Executive Director of Sanctuary, Inc., says the drive takes a playful approach to meet a very real need.
