Women’s History Month officially begins with a proclamation from local government leaders. That kickoff is set for March 3rd at 5:45 p.m. inside Hopkinsville City Council chambers.
Raychel Farmer, Executive Director of the Human Rights Commission of Hopkinsville-Christian County, says the celebration will continue throughout the month with scholarships and special honors.
