A Hopkinsville man who was arrested on April 13th has been charged with murder in Tennessee.
Dickson County Sheriff’s Office Captain Jennifer Caruthers says 46-year-old Timothy Durand is lodged in the Dickson County Jail on charges of murder – criminal negligent homicide, false reports, and tampering with physical evidence.
Durand was arrested on Yoakum Circle in Christian County for being a fugitive from another state.
No information on what led to the charges has been released by Tennessee law enforcement, but court documents show the charges were filed on May 2nd of 2024.
