Shelia Wallace Radford, 80, of Hopkinsville, died at 2:05 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Bradford Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Second Baptist Church with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the church. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Hopkinsville, KY, she was born March 23, 1946, the daughter of the late David G. Wallace and Thelma Ruth Dixon Wallace. She was a retired bank teller, having worked for First City Bank, Area Bank, and BB&T. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William David Wallace, and her half-sister, Shirley Scott.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years: Larry Radford; her son: Jeffery W. (Jill) Radford of Palm Bay, FL; her daughter: Cynthia Radford (Todd) Aldridge of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren: Stephanie (Jesse) Ezell, Danica (Sean) Ward, Tyler (Makaylah) Aldridge, and Alyssa Aldridge; and four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Second Baptist Church Building Fund.
