
A motorcyclist was flown to a Nashville hospital after colliding with a truck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in front of the Love’s Travel Stop on Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say at 10:53 am, a motorcycle driven by 26-year-old Tony Thompson of Clarksville was northbound when a truck driven by 27-year-old Robert Ledford of Clarksville, which was behind Thompson, collided with the back of his motorcycle.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says Thompson was taken to a waiting helicopter to be flown to TriStar Skyline Medical Center due to his injuries.
