Based out of Florida, the Kingdom of Wonders Circus is bringing a free, family-friendly medieval-themed show to the Trigg County Recreation Complex Convention Center on April 25–26.
Showtimes are set for 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. each day, featuring acrobatics, comedy and interactive entertainment.
While admission is free, attendees are encouraged to reserve tickets in advance through thekingdomofwonders.com.
Organizers say the event is made possible through local support.
After stops in Hohenwald and Lexington, Tennessee, last week, it will be in Calvert City Tuesday through Thursday before passing through Cadiz — on the way to Leitchfield April 28-30 and Boonville, Indiana, May 2-3.
In a 2025 report from Pennsylvania’s Williamsport Sun-Gazette, performer and founder Ben Holland affirmed the newly-formed circus brings unique, story-driven takes on the traditional “big-top” experience, and that plans remain in place to tour the country.
Holland said then that the show blends “classic circus acts with a medieval storyline, following a knight and his companions on a quest to rescue a princess.”
