Funeral services for retired fire chief 93-year old Jesse Lancaster, Jr., of Hopkinsville, will be at 2:00 Sunday afternoon, March 5, at Southside Church of Christ.
Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 4, from 5:00 to 8:00 at the church and again Sunday beginning at 1:00 at the church.
Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife: Elsie Darnell Lancaster; his sons: John W. (Sharon) Lancaster of Hopkinsville, KY and Thomas Van (Debra) Lancaster of Marion, NC; his daughters: Cheryl L. Young of Hopkinsville, KY and Linda (T.R.) Robbins of Paducah, KY; his brother: Charles L. (Betty) Lancaster of Hopkinsville, KY; his sister: Linda (Buster) Rogers of Hopkinsville, KY; 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
