
Christian County emergency crews and first responders were dealing with widespread reports of damage resulting from two separate storm systems that moved through the area Friday morning.
Structural and roof damage was reported at the Crofton Bestway as well as the Copper Still store on Dawson Springs Road in Hopkinsville. A building at Weststate Construction on Fort Campbell Boulevard also sustained wind damage and there were multiple reports of trees blown onto homes and buildings.
Christian County Emergency Management Director Randy Graham also urged you to stay off I-24 with a half-dozen 18-wheelers toppled due to the winds.
